That moment when you unload groceries, drop the beer, one can gets a gash in it so you decide to chug it because I'm not wasting good beer, fuck that, and so you shotgun a whole can. So..... It was probably the best beer I ever shotgunned.

This style has a lot of promise for those looking for clean, dry beers with lots of character. Fresh grass, light toffee, spicy dry finish.

I initially scoffed at this due to the corn grits adjunct, but it's honestly tasty. Very light, but tasty. Tight & smooth too. Hop forward. Slightly grassy & floral. Very clean. Balanced sweetness. The corn gives it a wet mouthfeel.

(6/23) 5%. Italian Pilsner dry hopped w/Spalt,Tettnanger. Flint corn polenta. Hoppy,grainy,corn,bready,malty,light citrus/lemon. Subtle sweetness. Floral spicy noble hoptones towards a crisp finish.
