It’s nice and crisp but not really my thing. There a are bread, cracker and grain flavors and aromas on the malt side along with floral and perfumy hops.

I’ve been looking for this beer for months (since the sustainability director at dogfish told me it was coming out at a conference in March!) and am so glad to have finally found it! We love a climate-focused brew!

Honestly, it’s a camping beer. I really enjoyed it. But not a beer you take to tailgate or some type of function. And. That’s okay! It’s just not a beer you take to a tailgate! But honestly it’s a really good beer. Check this out!
