Brewed with Kernza®, some kind of proprietary yet ancient relative of wheat that is environmentally friendly? Seems to impart a wheatish cast to this product, which is otherwise a bit cloudy and super hoppy in the nose and in the floral finish. Meh.

Smells citrusy, a bit hoppy. Hoppy on taste, mellows out into the pilsneriness and citrusiness. Bright. Ends slightly bitter, but overall satisfying.

Crisp cracker-y earthy lager. Holds up to spicy Asian food, could have a few more of these.
