Its nice, crushable, picture perfect pilsner. Strangely, suggest a sweet potato earthiness while still meadow-y.

very yummy pils. as someone who’s baked with kernza and has a lot of experience with it, you can taste it!! it’s that sort of sweet maple-syrupy note in there. really cool and awesome to see in a refreshing beer like this one :)

A really drinkable pils. Light, with a crisp flavor.

Friday: I liked this less after stronger beers- definitely more fun on a fresh palate. Still, refreshing and bright

Not bad, I like that they teamed up with Patagucci on this.

In Virginia and wanted to stop by before this place closes. I’ve never been in any of the ale houses, and have been wanting to try Alehouse 75, but they didn’t have it.

Not exactly up my alley on its own, but it’s wonderful with some Havarti cheese.

Nota pils guy normally, but if it's tasty and also good for the planet? .... Pour me another!

The kernza grain gives a great flavor and the overall beer stays dry and easy drinking 🍻

Really enjoyed this. Crisp and refreshing. Sweet. Light. Not too heavy of a Pilsner malt flavor.
