Much much better as it sat out. Slightly resinous finish. Dogfish is still not my favorite

This has magnificent balance. As much as I usually enjoy Dogfish, was not expecting it to slap the way it did. 🍻

I initially just saw that this pale ale was a perfect pairing with cheddar - now so much more exited to see that it was intended to pair with Cabot - whose extra sharp cheddar we keep on hand at all times! (There’s no point in mild cheddar.) Delicious!

spicy , orange 🍊 zest , citrus hops , and a rich of lactose. I tried pairing it with sharpe cheese 🧀, like it suggested, but not my thing 🍻🍻🍻🍻

Good citrus flavor, but a little thin in the finish. Subtle hops.
