Wow, a collaboration between Dogfish and the amazing Flanders red icon, Rodenbach! It’s delicious. Everything you’d want in a red ale with a nice element of sourness, but in the Flanders red style, not the PYITE (IYKYK) of American sours.

I’m not a huge fan of pilsners, but this was in a really good variety pack. And I’m from Delaware, so I appreciate the name and the cool blue and gold can art.

The Perfect Pairing Pale Ale

I initially just saw that this pale ale was a perfect pairing with cheddar - now so much more exited to see that it was intended to pair with Cabot - whose extra sharp cheddar we keep on hand at all times! (There’s no point in mild cheddar.) Delicious!
