It's a wild and strange one. Made to pair with sharp cheddar and a collaboration of sorts with Cabot cheese, there's a cheesy element to this. It's inoffensive for all of that.

Dankly tropical hop aroma. Hazy golden color, latticed white head. Semi-sweet malt flavor with dank hoppy bitterness.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a new beer from these guys Other then a collaboration with Trillium a week or so ago. Good to see them producing good beers, picked this up in a variety pack
