From previously, had with Cabot Vermont sharp on Cincinnati chili and it was fine, nothing mind blowing pairing wise

spicy , orange 🍊 zest , citrus hops , and a rich of lactose. I tried pairing it with sharpe cheese 🧀, like it suggested, but not my thing 🍻🍻🍻🍻

Much much better as it sat out. Slightly resinous finish. Dogfish is still not my favorite

Very thin, light IPA. Seems a bit peachy. Not much bitterness. It's supposed to pair with sharp cheddar but our pizza has mozzarella.

Learned too late that this beer was designed to be paired with cheddar cheese of all things… Not so great on its own.

6 of 10 it’s meant to be paired with sharp cheddar, and I feel like I’ve done it a disservice for not pairing it while I’m tasting it with a sharp cheddar.

Little too much citrus for perfect and for an ipa. But a pleasant drink.
