Brisket? Brisket!

Stout - American

It took years for Jake to develop his brisket recipe but only one shot to turn it into a beer. With brown sugar, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cumin cayenne, and roasted sweet onions, this roasty stout is made as a celebration to grilled and smoked meats.

Part of a flight of 4. Interesting, the flavors are all there. The flavors are intense to drink more than one.

As with DFH beers, the flavors they say are the flavors you get.

We made it to the DFH Brew Pub! Gonna try all (5) of their Rehoboth Exclusives. This one is truly spectacular!! Nitro, brown sugar, cumin, roasted sweet onions...Wow?!? Cheers!! =)

Smoky, creamy and a little light for a Stout but that works being that it's Summer. Some savory notes in there. Unique for sure.
