Delightfully complex and high octane. Caramel and malt forward with boozy character reminiscent of a barleywine. Raw honey, dark fruit and fig, molasses, orange marmalade. Lingering nutty and earthy finish. A little spice. Herbal and hop oils. Musty malt.

Not a traditional pilsner by any means. Much sweeter and breadier. Green tea, honey, berry.

Boozy but oh so smooth. Rich malt, berry jam, boysenberry, cherry, some red wine, finishes prune/raisin. Perfectly sweet.

Olde School (Bourbon Barrel Aged) Wolak
2017 vintage. Fantastic barleywine with rich fig and caramel notes. DJ playing some sweet punk rock records too. This is great.

A perfect beer iteration of an Old Fashioned. Sweet cherry, bright orange, rich and complex bourbon barrel. As good as I imagined it could be. Merry Christmas!

The Perfect Pairing Pale Ale Wolak
Have had this before on its own and loved it. But today, I have the pleasure of drinking it alongside Cabot seriously sharp cheddar. The pairing works so well together, my tastebuds are in heaven. Dogfish's creativity and collaboration is top tier!

Stellar porter. Rich and smooth, yet so easy drinking and light bodied.

Dogfish and Trillium! Complex malt back which gives the beer most of its character.
