Not a traditional pilsner by any means. Much sweeter and breadier. Green tea, honey, berry.

5.3% Pilsner which features South African hop varieties and malted Carolina Gold rice. The bright aroma features notes of berry and lemongrass with honeyed green tea which leads right into the flavor supported by a soft, bready malt sweetness. Good!

This is a different recipe from other check-ins for this. Modern Pils malt from Epiphany Malting with a blend of Sabro, Mosaic, and Bru-1 hops. Nice, bread flavor and light finish.
