It took me several cans to recognize that the bitter taste in this beer is just the taste of grapefruit. I’m some of the tastings, I got an aftertaste that reminds me of an herb or spice that I can’t put my finger on. Not a great one imo.

Very light — both in color and in ease of drinking. The citrus element makes for a very thirst-quenching experience. Low carbonation, no head from a draft pour. All in all, a nice pint to try. But not as memorable as other Dogfish Head beers I’ve tried.

Oh. My. God. This is unreal. This is what I want beer to taste like. Citrus, full, bitter, fruity, clean. This is one of the best beers I've ever tasted 🥹.
