Roast gives way to vanilla and bourbon sweetness. Has enough ABV to hold off the sweetness. Absolutely a sipper and missing a little complexity to make it true top drawer.

Super strong dark chocolate and cherry flavors. Not my favorite.

Ok this is way better than it sounded. Grapefruit is sweet but not bitter. And even sweet grapefruit is never too sweet lol

A good but not great IPA. For those who want a balance hoppy IPA.

Wow- dunno if palate has changed or giant stouts have changed. This was kegged 4/19. It is very alcoholic, but very one-dimensional. Bummer.
