Very light, very carbonated. Almost a seltzer in flavor but lager-colored instead of colorless like seltzers often are. Just a hint of citrus fruits.

I didn't particularly care for this Squall, as opposed to the "Hazy Squall". I thought it came up quite short for an 8.0% A. B. V. Definitely needs more citrusy grapefruit flavor. A bit too non-descript for what it portrays itself as being.

I prefer the citrus hints with a golden ale over a wheat ale. This was tasty and the citrus complimented the blonde/golden
