It’s described as a golden ale mixed with a Paloma cocktail and I get that but this mix isn’t working for me

Love the idea of this ale but it did not come together in the pleasant manner I expected

There’s a skunkiness to it that I don’t like. I taste the lime and grapefruit, but I don’t like the skunk.

Grapefruit and agave taste great. The lime peel really takes away. I can see why they prominently feature the first 2 on packaging, and leave out the lime. Who wants lime?

Salt, wheat, orange, peach, & a lactic sour base is all on the nose. The body is aggressively lactic & salty all at once, w/ a slight peach flavor & an even lesser citrus note. Unexpected & certainly unique, but not refreshing or super enjoyable.

It’s just very average. Not bad, but not special at all. It goes down easy. There’s some citrus taste, but if you’re putting “citrus” in the name, I want to get hit with citrus

Great start, super dry finish. Of all the dogfish head I've had, this is my least favorite.
