Don't enjoy the finish. Thought it would be better.

Taste: cherries, toffee, caramel, plums, some grapefruit, black pepper; sour finish; just ok for my taste.

The first drink caught me off guard. Got a lot smoother as it warmed.

Different. Expected something malty but kind of a sour.

Sweet and with a sort of metallic finish but not in a bad way

I might need to try this one again. I'm not sure how I feel about it. It has all the notes of a red ale, but with a slightly sour or citrus finish. I was drinking it with food and I think I need a clean pour.

Rodenbach Grand Cru is of my all time faves. This is a watered down version that is a bit of a tease! Still gives a smack of the sour cherry but fades into a sumac spiced red. Worth a shot.

An interesting take on a red ale. Obvious notes of grapefruit but not overpowering. Solid seasonal.

Getting some fruit, grapefruit finish. But yet malty or like toffee? Original. Badge 👌

Very earthy, lots of umami. Sumac and orange definitely come through on the back.
