Interesting concoction. Do not drink after a porter would be my first suggestion. That said, after the palate cleared, this one offered a cherry fruit-esqe taste reminiscent of Cheerwine(?). Crushable but forgettable.

Even better out of a laser etched Wheel of Time map glass...

Watching original "Red Dawn", so I thought this brew appropriate. Not what I expected from a red ale, a very slightly tart cherry profile. Well worth sampling.

Grand Cru is great. Dry-hoping it was not the best choice. The extra dimension of flavour only detracts.

What hits me initially is the tartness of cranberry. It doesn't stick around long as it gives way to a dry and earthy brown ale taste. It is smoothand creamy and finishes dry.

Very light and thin. Could use some more malt to it. 🍻

Definitely a red. But has that funk I generally don't like from Dogfish Head...

Interesting mix, kinda like a semi dry flavor, no lingering after taste. All in all, not bad.

A complex flavor profile, different red ale for sure. Off putting and cinnamon taste at first but warming brings out the intended oak and fruit character.

Enjoyable and different, kinda like that high school date with the girl that was a little nerdy but super cute behind her glasses. Awkward but she had substance. Let her go and then dang she grew up to be a real treasure.

Super interesting. Thrown off by the tartness, but saw the Rodenbach collab, & it made sense. Malt forward with bread dough & toffee followed by strong herbal & spiced infusion. Tea like. It's dry! Acidity shows red fruit. Cherry. Subtle oaky tannins.

Has some substance, has some citrus bite and effervescent on the sides and bottom of the tongue. Kinda interesting
