Adapted from our popular Blue Hen Pils which features Pilsner Malt and Saaz Hops in order to experience a very special lager yeast. The yeast releases flavor compounds from malt and hops with would otherwise be trapped and unnoticed. The result is a crisp dry pilsner beer exploding with passionfruit, guava and grapefruit aromas and a drinking experience that evokes the most tropical NZ Sauvignon Blanc

Can’t tell if I like this. Smells like natural gas a little to me. Clean and crisp but very very different tasting. I wonder if I were to keep drinking it I’d start to get used to it and really like it.
