This, for me, is as close to perfection as a beer should be. Deep golden ruby highlights. Ivory head. A bit hoppy and fusel on the nose, with rich, gently caramel notes. No burn, slightly viscous mouthfeel. Caramel, with golden raisins. Lovely.

So much Utopias comes through. Sweet, but there's still enough bitterness from the hoppy 120 minute to sorta balance it out. Tasty.
