Years ago, I brewed a scratch beer that was fermented with Sake yeast that tasted awesome; then watched as some ‘effing “beer snob” homebrew club member poured it into a trash can when he found out it was fermented w/Sake yeast… …Now we have Cold IPA’s.

Really great Cold IPA. It has most of the traditional notes you expect w/this style, but it has a nice pronounced peach punch to the tropical fruit notes. Especially good today because I’m drinking at the “Original” Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton, DE.
