This is really good! Sweet and hoppy, mild tartness from the lime, saltiness from the salicornia. Could easily be an everyday brew.

Mexican lager. Corona competition. Golden clear color. Noses of Oaxacan green corn, sea salt, and lime juice. Baja Salicornia. Cracker malt backbone. Really clean. Malty lime finish that screams ocean breeze. Not complex enough to score higher. Sadly.

Quite a different take on a lager. It is like drinking a beer and eating salted lime white corn tortilla chips. Just as the name implies. Well done!! Since I can’t chew tortilla chips I really welcome this beer. Thanks JT.
