PickleBrawl!

Lager - American

Pickleball…so hot right now. And what better way to refresh and rehydrate après gameplay than with this crisp lager beer. At its core this beer is an Americanstyle lager brewed with pilsener malt, malted wheat & flaked maize. Then we added a little “pickled” inspiration with a blend of Egyptian coriander, Vietnamese Robusta black peppercorns, dill & celery seeds, local sea salt and a dash of some unique culinary barrel-aged Rosé & Chardonnay vinegars. It's light and refreshing, with light herbal & warm spice notes and a clean, dry finish.

Missed national pickle day on the 14th, but grateful the folks at DFH saved me a pour; I think they are trying to make me a lager convert…Keep this up, and they may succeed. Peppercorn, dill, celery salt, & pickle spices; has a sage-esque, clean finish.

Was hoping I would like it since it’s somewhat named after pickleball but it must be the peppercorn, dill, and celery seed that turns it off for me
