Farmhouse Ale - Other

We brewed Gueuzt Story is an homage to Belgian Gueuze which consists of blends of young and old lambics. For our blend we first selected a Belgian-style farmhouse ale brewed with pilsener, wheat and oat malts that had been fermented with an expressive yeast and aged in Hungarian oak wine puncheons for a year. Then we blended in a golden ale that had been aged with our house mixed culture for 3 years in French oak Chardonnay barrels.
