First sourbeer I had.. similar to sparkling whine

Red tinted yellow beer, a bit hazy with a thin head. Yesty scent with some sweetness. Taste is lightly fruity, sour and yeasty, in a nice way. Light aftertaste. Well balanced but maybe too light.

Van Dagmar/de Jumbo. Oogstjaar ‘19-‘20. Weer heerlijk mineraal, iets minder zuur dan de vorige keren. Voortreffelijke concentratie.

Heel apart ja, maar niet vies. Zeker niet vies. Wel lijkt het op goedkope wrange witte droge wijn, maar toch ook weer niet.

Ok per conoscere lo stile e prepararsi, ma difficilmente farà innamorare. Semplice e breve. Un po' di malto, acidità, fine.
