Klassiekertje die ik nog nooit had ingecheckt. Maar zoals in zoveel gevallen, verdiep je een beetje in de stijl en je gaat echt veel betere bieren vinden dan de bekende namen.

Interesting beer. Like a Champaign but beer. Very bubbly and a little sour. Not bad if this is what you’re going for.

Deze Geuze heeft een zeer frisse, meer fruitige dan kruidige neus, met toetsen van citrus (pompelmoes) en eik.

Nice pop in the cork. Sweet smelling. Sour but not as a normal sour would be. Taste of apple, ginger and wine. Fizzy

Ja een geuze, altijd spannend, maar nu ik wist wat ik kon verwachten was het eigenlijk zeer goed te doen. Lekker fris biertje. :)

Stärker, weniger fruchtig. Etw scharfe Hefenote. Erinnert etw an Sternfrucht

Pirtsakan sitruksinen ja omenainen aromi, taustalla pientä funkkia. Maku on hyvin maanläheinen, happamuutta ei juuri ole. Makuja tukemassa tanniininen, aavistuksen kitkerä, "pithmäinen" ja kuiva lopetus. Geuzeksi erittäin neutraali. (Pullotettu 2016.)

What the hell is this?! Apparently it's good until 2040.. Interesting brew.. Not sure I'm 100% on board, but maybe it gets better with age..
