A great Classic lambic , 2019 vintage👌sour, fruity with a bit of oak. Also got brut champagne vibes from it. Perfect pairing for a webinar on advances in yeast science 🧪

Yeast, tart, yet fruity. Good balance between sourness and bitterness. A underlying flavour of grapefruit fills out ending. Very dry, but it suits it well. It’s very tasty, but i’d rather go for cherry version. Brings me back to Brussel.

Aroma is sour with oak and a tint of sulfur. Taste is dry, rich and sour with hints of flowers and oak. Some Brett notes but very discreet. Dry
