starting a bit more thoughtful beer journey, I've decided to give a try to my first wonderful lambic from a tiny Copenhagen beer bar. absolutely loved it, bonus points for the flirty bartender.

The lambic I’ve had here so far is much less sour than the lambic I’ve had at home. I like it more here for sure.

Echt goor. Stinkt ook. Alsof mijn overgrootvader op de zolder heeft liggen rotten met z'n grote teen in het vat.
