Gedronken voor tweede verjaardag van oudste dochter. Nog 22 (jaar) te gaan. Zuurheid is bijna weg uit bier. Voor rest nog top.

The cork comes off. Light musk, punchy sourness, nettles. Not an everyday beer, but refreshing in its own way.

Slightly eggy (but not too much), scrumpy cider, washed rind cheese, pithy orange, touch of vinegar. Maybe i would like a bit more fruit here, but the complexity is really there. Surprising medicinal bitterness on the palate which works well with food.

First Gueuze for yonks. Lacks a bit of flavour. Scent and initial flavour are light and sour, then... Not much, apart from some paper. Oh well FIRST FA CUP FINAL APPEARANCE IN 52 YEARS.

Damn... a really fermented sour taste... it’s the only way to drink a sour... when it’s been ages for 3 years. Love it.
