Gueuze di facile beva. Aroma abbastanza intenso funky, speziato e fruttato (albicocca). Al gusto molto più ricca: pesca gialla acerba, albicocca acerba, funky moderato, legno, tabacco; pepe bianco e coriandolo, lievemente vinosa. Finale amaro e secco.

Muy compleja en aroma, cada uno puede encontrar cosas distintas. De por si, las notas a pimienta y brett son las principales, el toque a queso rancio de los lupulos añejos esta. Muy de fondo frutas rojas, citrico y algo de piña. Mas de una podes tomar

Wanneer Eva de verboden appel neemt. God hen ‘het paradijs’ ontneemt en de omringende vruchten verdorren; brengt de mens het verdorde fruit weer tot leven. Dit verhaal heeft niets te maken met het bier. Het zuur is gewoon goddelijk lekker!
