A distinct cherry, a touch of acid. Very complex acid. Amazing smell of leather. Very sweet. Carbonic acid sensation. A little light. Ok.

Late from thanksgiving. This is a perfect beer to pair with traditional turkey dinner. Starts sweet with tons of dark cherry aroma and flavor. Finishes with some tartness that makes it clean and dry. Well balanced sweet-tart, better than cranberry sauce.
