Overdreven zacht. Heeft wat romigs kers , prima. Maar eigl eerder dubbelfris dan bier. Echter. Bij dit lekkere weer wel fris op terras

Good lambic beer, with cherries. The cherries are not necessary, for me. I think I’ll appreciate the lambic on its own much better.

Year not displayed, but it’s way too fresh! It’s just cherry juice, and there’s no complexity whatsoever. Tinges of marzipan, and very soft minerals, but no funk or sourness whatsoever. As a Summer refresher it’s bloody lovely… but it’s not a lambic!
