I don’t like sours but this was nice. I might have liked it because I had paid 7 quid for it, but we will never know.

많이취한상태에서 먹은 아리아쥬파르페 그전에 괴즈분 본뵈등 크게 임팩트있게먹지않아 걍쏘쏘했었는데.. 한입먹어보자마자 내가왜이걸인제먹어봤지라는 생각이들게하는맥주였음 적당한산미와 향 피니쉬 밸런스 꾀나만듬새가 괜찮은맥주였음!

How I love lambic. The open fermentation yeast makes it funky, deep, tart and a bit well… cat’s pissy in terms of smell. The result is drink that’s dry, full and fizzy like sparkling wine. A classic beer to be respected and appreciated.

Beautiful. First sip was banana ester, but this gives way to a balanced tartness. The 8% is undetectable.

Lambic with very distinct wild fermentation flavour. Not great smell, but delicious taste. Complex, dry sour flavour, and a little musty, little Earthy.

Roquefort cheese, subtract the fat and dry it out on oak. This beer is what funk is all about. Every time.

Geuze lambic. Complex wild fermentation that is tart and sour, also dry. Very musty. Strong ale that hits the tongue hard.

Intéressant l'arôme de pamplemousse. Fruité et sour comme une vraie geuze. Bel équilibre.
