The final beer on my Belgian beer discovery. Heavy notes of raspberry, and not artificial tasting. A little tart. Glad I left this as the finale.

Not too sour or too sweet. Nice raspberry flavour.

This is a great sour. The sour is present and so is the raspberry but they complement each other.

Mit weißer Schokolade kommt schon die Säure des Lambik durch. Bei der dunklen Schokolade mit Pilsner Malz bleibt eher die Schoki im Vordergrund.

Very pungent as most framboise are. Would enjoy again (when I’m sober).

Raspberry yoghurt nose followed by remarkably fresh tasting raspberry juice. Incredibly quaffable, but not really getting much lambic backbone. Maybe a touch thin, but you could throw it down your neck in the summer!

Pleasant, I would have preferred a bit more sour, but it's good.
