Fa caldo, non ho voglia di frutta invernale, le ciliegie già mi intrigano. Schiuma rosa, densa, insolitamente persistente. Tanta ciliegia ancora fresca, acidità moderata, però aspra, un po’ amara nel finale. Diventerà più complessa, ma è già tanto buona.

Reminds me of cold mulled cider with cherry. The fruit shows really well.

Un mariage mieux réussi que le mien. Super complexe, pas trop acide. Ça goute la cerise mais pas trop sucré, très bien balancé

Lekker maar had op meer eiksmaak gehoopt. Was ook wel al derde dus palet was misschien niet meer scherp genoeg.

2014. Heavy black cherry is still fresh on the nose. Balanced acidity and some light hop bitterness
