Efter ett joggingpass i värmen passar denna utmärkt. Kanske väl mycket kolsyra...korken hade bråttom upp i taket.

The 2019 is similar to the 2015, more on the drier side, still citric and funky, but perhaps less complex, less of that peachy and honey character I got from the earlier Megablends. Acidity is still very moderate, less carbonation than 2015.

Beautiful nose. Elegant and classy. Funky, moldy, musty. Farm grip. Leathery, dry. Bretta. Horse, hay, sweet, grain/cereal. Woody, oakey, astringent. Green apples, pear. Tart, acidic. Impressive. Low bodied, silky, mineral, vegetal, bubbly. Just amazing.

Klassisk doft med kiss, hö, stall, citrus och lite mognad. Smaken torr med hög syra. Väldigt lång eftersmak med mkt syra och citrus. Väldigt snygg, clean och balanserad. Gott!!
