Absolutely beautiful nose. Starts funky and moldy. Rustic. Dryness, leather, barn, sweat/horse, hay. Green fruits. Apple, pear, grapes. Delicate sweetness. Delicious acidity. Grainy, woody. Low-medium bodied, mineral, silky, soft. Cozy set. Elegant. Huge!

Aroma acético, esterificado. Corpo leve, extremamente seca, sabor bem característico de lambic, acético, celeiro, porém bem limpa e equilibrada, excelente.

Espetacular!! Pena que o Untappd só vai até 5. Antes de tomar, dava prá sentir a acidez no nariz... extremamente agradável e refrescante...e quando fui fazer o check-in, vi que não é mais produzida..ou seja, quem puder vir no EAP, venha...
