Citrus, hooi, hout, appel, azijn. Het zit er allemaal wel in, maar is vrij vlak van smaak. Is ook niet kaakvertrekkend zuur, zelfs dat is vrij mild. Zeker geen vies bier, maar had wat krachtiger gemogen.

Zurigheid is subtiel, appeltjes, erg zacht van smaak. Kruidig, lichte zurige afdronk. Fris van smaak en Oak.

Magnificent. More depth than your regular Boons, and more aggressive too (the "volatile acidity"). Big, frothy carbonation. Hugely dry - if somewhat countered by very juicy green apple. Herbal (or almost piney?) note. Oak pushed somewhere close to 11.

Third and last bottle. Still great stuff! Well-rounded and with lots of depth in it's character. Balanced tartness and acidity, charmingly rural, funky and musty from start to finish. 4.35 🍺❤🇧🇪
