Truly a drink to behold. You can really taste the aged properties as the bubbles pleasantly pop on your tongue like different piano key notes

Sour and tart fruity notes. Floral tones. Light woody and funky undertones. Dry finish, with some tea-like tones. A slow grower. @16de Dag(en) van de Oude Geuze.

Quite interesting and intense flavour. Lots of genuine sourness paired with a really heavy bitterness. Herbal and slightly spicy. Unique taste for sure. Thanks Sissi H.
