Verrassend weinig kersensmaak. Ook redelijk veel gist. Beetje dun en waterig. Meer intensiteit zou het beter maken. Redelijk aan de Brett en wrangheid.

Tight sourness, even slightly harshly so, got some sediment through to glass, I need more practice. Quite light body with light red colour. At 4 years of age, it doesn't show that much complexity. It's ok but nothing mind blowing right now.

Definitely cherry to taste. Tart. Let it come up to temp otherwise it just tastes off. Not the best I’ve had but if I was offered again I would have
