Al naso tanto lampone. In bocca risulta dolce, zero funky. Pochissima astringenza.

Seems like a ghost of what it once was, but how could you expect the raspberries to survive for 5+ years? Otherwise very pleasant; no bracing tartness, no vinegar notes, etc.

Cloudy dark reddish color. Strong framboise aroma with wheat, herbs, spice and vinegar like character. Medium sweetness, very mild bitterness, strong tartness. Medium carbonation, medium body. Good.
