Très effervescent, fruité sur les cerises, très tart et acide aussi, levures sauvages. Finale très sèche.

Le bouchon sentait la levure. Bien mousseuse, léger goût de cerise et de levure. Plus acide que la framboise Boon.

Dégustation à l’aveugle. La 3F et la Cantillon était facile à identifier par la qualité. La Beersel, bien que manque de funk, était très sur la cerise juteuse. 3F et Cantillon 4.5, Beersel 4.25 et les deux autres 4.0. Le blend des 5 était délicieux!
