Hard to rate this “objectively” next to so many other amazing beers

That one thing that takes these already amazing beers to the next level is the damn finest company I could never even conceive asking for 😌 subtle raspberry, per my perception the vanilla was more intense on draft, slightest hints of tannins

Pure raspberry jam, hints of blueberry and so much vanilla once it warms up a bit. Pastry lambic seems to be becoming a thing and I’m here for it

Cantillon funk starting to shine through. Finishes with some astringency. Absolutely flat, very low acidity. Quite nuanced flavors coming from the grapes

Take 3 and this has yet to disappoint. Super funky on the nose, intense taste of cloudberry jam

well brews do be more enjoyable in good company. Finally getting around to Iris; it is quite dry, just perfectly bitter, bright for lack of a better word

The passion fruit smell was far more intense than the taste. Not all too sour, surprised I actually enjoyed this

My least favorite of the day. Too acidic next to the other two; it was saved by the bright citrus zing which imo resembled a v weak distant after mouth feeling of szechuan peppers

Super umami. Like celery salt and mushroom earthiness w a faint hint of nuttiness to it
