Still highly carbed (that glass was rinsed right before pouring), but cork didn’t remove itself or make a mess. Acid level seems to have dropped since last having it, but funk has increased. Doing really well now

Batch: 53602. BF 2035. When loosening the metal, the cork puffed up in the sky, so guess it was about time to drink it. Excellent lambic. Tart, mild, delicate sour. Good balance all over.
