What a beer, taste like a beautiful cider, that acidity and sourness goes so well with that textured and subdued sweetness. A mossy and deeply flowery aroma that compliments a tight bubbly body.

Floral, parfymert, champagne, røde epler i lukta. Samme med smaken, litt besk, citrus, sur, brett, fint alkoholssting. 2016 er hakket bedre. 4.0

Soft and rounded mouthfeel. Stone fruit all over this one, red and green apples, canned pears, vinegar, citrus, oak barrels. Mild tart and dry finish.

Jag fortsätter min internutbildning där jag ska lära mig dricka belgisk geuze och lambic. Det är ganska lätt en att uppskatta dem en dag som denna!
