Para una persona que suele beber Cerveza IPA, es un sabor peculiar que me recuerda a la sidra o más aún a los vinos naturales. Astringente, un poco ácida al principio y amarga después.

Lci. Nog een geboortejaarflesje voor het verjaardagsfeestje. Zacht, vol, mild zuur, licht bitter.

A lot of the carbonation is gone. A lot more hay in the notes, with an almost metallic after taste. Might be past it’s prime.

Tart and fairly dry. Complex body with notes of citrus, dried fruits and funk. Long finish!

Did not age well. Too much of questionable quality champagne.

Surprisingly airy and innocent all the way through from the nearly 10 years of foeder age; flowering grasses, fresh hay, raisin skins.
