Groene appels. Hout. Fris fruitig. Normale appels. Grassig. Zurig. Citrus. Smaak is zuur, groene appels, grapefruit, wrang, bittertje, beetje koolzuur en met droge afdronk. Appelzuurtje blijft hangen. Vol. Mooie balans en body. Uiteindelijk vrij mellow.

A true no brainer to go to Gueuze, super elegant, fruity on the nose and taste, top of the game for its price. Though lacking the great acidity and kick the higher class Gueuze can bring. Really.

Sharp, full but bitter geuze. Not to sour which is great for me but the sharp bitterness is pushing it past grapefruit into slight rubber. Not a fave but I appreciate what is being attempted and so getting a 6/10.
