This is strictly speaking NOT a commercial beer. It is a third running of the lambicmalts, used for blending purposes in order to make faro and kriek. Frank Boon still does it the old way, and consented to have this served, for beerenthusiasts’ interest, on the Bierpallieters’ festival.
