Super black curranty so very sharp tasting. It’s sweet but the tartness cuts through it well. It’s surprisingly heavy though. It’s like a dessert

Sweet, tart, earthy berry nose followed by tart, sour, earthy berry depth, sticky.

Ikke meget sødme i denne mjød. Til gengæld er der masser af solbær og høj syrlighed. Bliver noget tør undervejs og er lidt for sur til mig, men stadig helt klart et interessant bekendtskab.

This is pretty much blackcurrant juice (on the side of mead, but mostly just juice), good though!

Duidelijke zwarte bessen, wijnachtig. Mooie zuurte. Precies siroop aangelengd met wat water. Geen alcohol te bespeuren.

Az első batchben sokkal jobban tetszett az erőteljes savanyúság :/ így édesen egy kicsit elvesztette a karakterét nekem :/
