Scent of fermented apples and honey. Taste of sour green apple, fermented apples(like the smell of fermented apples), honey and vanilla at the end. Texture is smooth with bubbles from carbonation and a slightly sticky feling. Sourness is well balanced.

Det er St. Patrick day, som hvorfor ikke noget grønt i glasset. Øllen skulle være inspireret af denne grønne vingummi skumfrø 🐸. Smag af syrlig grønne æbler, og måske lidt vingummi. En lidt mærkelig og også sjov øl. Det bliver til 3.50 med pil ned.
