Huh. I wanted to grab a beer with the flavors when I an drinking a barrel aged stout with barrel and then some to spare… rhis is what you’re drinking

Probs shoulda started with this. Barrel is still there bjt not as harmonic as id like. But ya know what… 18% means in a few sips that likely won’t matter.

Wow. This is straight coffee. Smooth and flavorful. But #stoutszn demands something with more huevos.

Probs a little past prime (2011) and a little soy creeping in on the finish but caramel malt bomb up front. I only paid $5 or $8 - I forget.

Wow. I’ll be curious to see how this ages. The barrel has subdued the EtOH burn that you’d expect from a fresh WWS. Might need some more.

I’m glad to have gotten to share this. It’s such a well done beer. I’m not sure I could take one to the dome though. Who am I kidding. Of course I could.
